These terms apply when you use the NovArc Player apps, the portal at app.novarcplayer.com and this website (together, “NovArc Player”), provided by NovArc Player (“we”, “us”). By using NovArc Player you agree to them.
1. What NovArc Player is
NovArc Player is a media player. It plays IPTV playlists that you add from a provider of your choice, as an Xtream Codes login or an M3U link. We don't provide, sell, host or recommend any channels, playlists or other content, and we have no relationship with IPTV providers.
2. Your content and your provider
- You're responsible for the playlists you add and for having the right to watch what they contain.
- Don't use NovArc Player to access content you aren't authorized to access, or in any way that breaks the law.
- Your provider decides what's available, how well it streams, and what it charges. Streams come straight from your provider to your device.
3. Trials and licenses
- Each device gets a free trial when the app first starts on it (currently 7 days).
- After the trial, the device needs a license: a yearly license (12 months, added to any time the device has left) or a lifetime license (for as long as we offer NovArc Player on that kind of device).
- A license belongs to one device and can't be moved to another. Backups of your favorites and settings can be.
- Prices are shown in the portal before you pay, and may change for future purchases.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. If NovArc Player doesn't work on your device, write to support@novarcplayer.com within 14 days of your purchase, with the device ID, and we'll refund you. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
5. Fair use
Don't:
- try to get around licensing, trials or rate limits, for example by registering devices automatically;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt our servers, or use them to fetch anything other than your own playlists and guides;
- resell or rent out NovArc Player, or present it as your own product.
We may suspend or revoke a device that breaks these terms.
6. Changes and availability
We keep improving NovArc Player, so features may change. We aim to keep it running without interruptions but can't promise that. If we ever stop offering NovArc Player, we'll say so on this website in advance.
7. Disclaimers and liability
NovArc Player is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will play every stream or format, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything your provider does or doesn't do. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for your license in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also say so in the portal. Continuing to use NovArc Player after a change means you accept it.
